To encourage professionals to take part in overseas exchanges, AFS also organizes various community projects to allow the participants to have first-hand experience with international services.

Anyone aged 18 to 30 with professional or academic experience of community development projects is welcome.
During the 6 months exchange period, participants will assist in implementing educational community projects in the area, and carry out language, professional and cultural exchanges with local staff.
